Thankful- and a gift for someone you really don’t like much
|
Even though we have lived outside of the US since 1994, I still celebrate Thanksgiving. I believe there is real value in taking time to pause and reflect on the many things I have to be grateful for. Then there is the fact that Thanksgiving has great food. Any holiday that involves stuffing and pie is not one that I plan to miss. I am tremendously grateful to have my family and friends. I appreciate every person that I never met who buys and reads my books. I am thankful for warm dogs who sit in my lap and good books to read. Thanksgiving means we are right around the corner from Christmas and the holiday season. Perhaps there is someone on your list that you aren’t that thankful for- if so consider giving them this. It is a steering wheel desk so that you can use your laptop in your car. It hooks to the steering wheel. I’m thinking if talking on a cell phone is distracting, this can’t be good for you. They have this product for sale on Amazon and I think the customer comments are my favorite. Clearly, some people have a lot of time on their hands and a sense of humor. I liked this customer feedback: or “This has been a total lifesaver. It allows me to prop my sheet music against the wheel, allowing me to play the guitar with both hands while driving.” Then as long as you are Amazon, feel free to pre-order your copy of Getting Revenge on Lauren Wood. It will be out soon! Happy Thanksgiving everyone. |

Seems to me you get the best of both worlds when you celebrate TWO Thanksgivings. Here’s to a great one and an easy (as it can be) move.
I can’t believe the release for GRoLW is almost here. Oh, look – now I’m thinking you should have called it Getting Revenge on Wood, Lauren, so the acronym would be GROWL, ’cause that would be funny.
(no, sadly, I’m not medicated today)
